I don't think I'll temp because I'm one of those people who will obsess over it (same reason I can't count calories because it'd go downhill quickly).Oh and by the looks of things, you don't necessarily need a BBT but I've really loved having more accurate charts. :) I got my Life Brand BBT at Shoppers Drug Mart. I change them every 3-4 months so I can rely on my temps being accurate. I have been doing both OPK tests and measuring my BBT for several months and I’m noticing that I’ll get a positive OPK but then my body temperature won’t spike for sometimes up to 4 days later.It looks to me like, according to BBT, you O'd on the 2nd of Nov. But the OPK says the 4th.. I think. If it was the 2nd then you may not have BDed within the time frame. The ovulation and the temp rise usually takes place a day or two after your first positive opk! Sometimes I only get one day of positive opks, sometimes two. Usually I get a temp rise the second day after the first opk. But once or twice it was in the third day! It's all ok and normal. Personally I do both. Opk predicts BBT confirms. Of the two I like bbt more. I don’t find it difficult at all, but I’m still ttc#1 so no one wakes me up at night.
